text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_la0ptRz5AEA/TG0JPE8Li5I/AAAAAAAAAB0/D0xpjHKGq5A/s1600/Osso+Buco.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_la0ptRz5AEA/TG0JPE8Li5I/AAAAAAAAAB0/D0xpjHKGq5A/s320/Osso+Buco.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Shin of Beef (Bone in) from York House Lisbon&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;Serves 4&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;1,2Kg Shin of Beef (Bone in) – (300gr per person)&lt;br /&gt;2 carrots&lt;br /&gt;2 onions&lt;br /&gt;1 Table spoon of tomato&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper &lt;br /&gt;½ Lt Water&lt;br /&gt;½ Lt White wine&lt;br /&gt;12 capers (if you don’t like capers use olives instead)&lt;br /&gt;6 table spoons of olive oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cut the Shin Beef into slices of 4 to 6 cm each, pass them into flour.&lt;br /&gt;In a skillet heat the olive oil, insert the beef and let brown for 3 to 4 minutes each side.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In an oven tray, mix the water, wine, season with salt and pepper, add tomato, carrots cut in little cubes, and chopped onions. To give more flavour add a herb bouquet made with parsley, bay leaves and thyme.
