Lisbon Fish and Flavours - This week menu

Our menus for the first days of Lisbon Fish and Flavours.

Thursday - April 7th - from 6pm to 12am

Shad fish marinated served with fish eggs açorda (*) and peas in lemon juice

Cod Fish fillet in puff pastry, served with sprouts

Silver smelt Noelia Style

Valrhona Chocolate Mousse

Cannelés de Bordeaux

(*) Açorda is a typical Portuguese dish made with mashed bread, garlic, olive oil, coriander, broth and eggs.

Friday - April 8th - from 12pm to 12am
With special guests: Chef Paulo Matos and Sous-Chef Pedro Cardoso from Hotel Aquapura Douro Valley

Marinated salmon stuffed with apple bravo esmolfe cooked in citrus, wrapped in vodka

Codfish mini brioche served with quince marmalade and red onion

Two fish tartare with mango puree and arugula

Sardine Bôla(*)

Saturday - April 9th - from 12pm to 12am

Fish Stew in flan

Cuttlefish served with Aljezur sweet potato and baby broad beans

Lobster broth with cockles and ratatouille

Codfish fillet served with creamed corn bread, sprouts and black-eyed peas

April 17th, Sunday; from 12pm to 4pm

1 entry: € 15,00
11 entries: € 135,00
1 weekend: € 25,00
2 weekends: € 45,00
1 week (from Monday to Sunday): € 60,00
Group entry (5 people): € 15,00

Free entrance for Children under 12 years old when accompanied by paying adults
Each entry includes a €5 tasting in a restaurant
On weekdays, at Lunch time, each entry includes 2 tastings of € 5,00 in a restaurant.
For additional restaurant tastings there will be an extra cost.
