Lisbon Fish & Flavours - April 11th

We have with us today a very special guest, Chef Nuno Barros from  2780 Taberna, a restaurant near Lisbon that aims to re-invent the historical popular recipes by applying all the new cooking techniques.

You can visit us at Lisbon Fish and Flavours from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am for a tasting of:

Monkfish cheeks, pickles and fruit puree

Tuna, estopeta (*), acarajé(**) and gazpacho

Octopus stew, sweet potato from
Aljezur  and coconut tapioca

Pompano fillet, served with puree crab and stew broth

Caramelized Pineapple (from Azores) , coconut cream and rum & mint mousse


(*) Estopeta: Mix of tomatoes, onions, green pepper
(**) Acarajé: black-eye-peas fritters
